The small village is made up of 5 independent villas and a central building of 6 apartments; it is all inhabited by local people who live here permanently and The surrounding countryside is completely decorated by the main plant of these places: The Olive Tree<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The town center is about 450 meters from the houses and is a very small village about 500 meters above sea level populated by just 1800 people… we mean 1800 including its hamlets, little jewels set in Monte Croce di Serra: Tenaglie, Pozzo Ciolino, Melezzole… This is to tell you that if you are looking for peace, silence, nature and the familiarity of the country you have come to the right place!<\/p>\n

1km from the Frantoio<\/strong>, our apartments will be able to offer you a<\/strong> stay of relaxation and well-being<\/strong> in full contact with nature.<\/p>\n

The two accommodations are located on the same housing unit; Diana’s house<\/strong> on the upper floor has a large panoramic terrace; Demetra’s house<\/strong>, on the lower floor, offers a large porch overlooking the garden and olive grove.<\/p>\n

THE HOUSE<\/h3>\n

“Demetra’s House<\/strong>” can offer you this and much more: a nice apartment with a garden of olive trees<\/strong> to fully enjoy the peace of these places.<\/p>\n

The house consists of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. In the centre, the Living area with fireplace, sofa bed and kitchenette. The house overlooks its own porch and has direct access to the garden and olive grove.<\/p>\n

THE SURROUNDINGS<\/h3>\n

90km from Rome and 60km from Perugia, the accommodation is in a perfect position to spend a weekend or a few more days between nature and culture.<\/p>\n

The quiet location away from the chaos makes this structure the perfect place to visit the characteristic villages of the area, such as Orvieto, the popular Civita di Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Bomarzo “Il Parco dei Mostri”, and much more, such as Gubbio and Assisi.
