Produced with black summer truffles, porcini mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and aroma. It is excellent for preparing toast, pasta, noodles, rice, or seconds, such as filets or steaks.

TARTUFO ESTIVO INTERO

This product is black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) immersed in water and salt. It is especially useful for seasoning pasta dishes. Spread it over the pasta along with a little pasta water. Mixing it with extra virgin olive oil will enhance its taste.
