Our San Martino Farm was born in the heart of 
green Umbria – Montecchio, and Orvieto. It is just the right place for olives trees thanks to the perfect characteristics of the soil, the southern exposure, and the passion of the Bartolomei family for this farming. Moraiolo, frantoio and leccino are the traditional olives we grow. In 2012 we planted 1000 beautiful Moraiolo, nocellara and leccio olive trees. The mill is equipped with an extremely advanced press, the “Molinova Serie Oro” which has the right combination of craftsmanship and innovation. It enables a cold press for a very high quality finished product and low ecological impact since the olive pits are extracted and used as fuel.
